We can ship to worldwide range. Normally, all orders are shipped by HK post office registered air mail with free shipping charge unless express delivery is requested.
The most orders are shipped on the same day or next day. The delivery to US will take about 6-10 business days, and to the other most countries usually takes about 7~14 business days. If express delivery, it takes about 4~7 business days.
You will get an email of shipping information including the tracking number once your order is shipped out from our warehouse, afterwards, you can track the package on www.hongkongpost.com or the website of local post office according to this email.
1, If the shipment is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address provided by you, you need to bear all postages. So, please make sure the address is correct and complete, including business name and suite number if the postal address is a business complex, and proper suburb name.
2, When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are requested for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted.
3, If your package is lost in transit, we must follow a set of procedures to locate your package. We must start a tracer with the shipping company. A tracer may take up to 8 business days to process. If the package is not found during that period, we can reship your order.
4, Orders can be cancelled only before it is processed. If the warehouse has already processed the order, we do not guarantee cancellation.
Warranty and Return Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all of our products sold in our website are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship.
Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for six months from the purchase day under normal use. A replacement, if sent, does not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect. This warranty does not extend to devices, such as computers. We shall not be hold responsible for the improper use of our product(s).
If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through email@example.com within fifteen (15) days of purchase. We reserve the right to charge twenty-five percent (25%) of purchase price as restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns, and the shipping charge will be deducted from the purchase price.
All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon requesting through firstname.lastname@example.org. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Please ensure that returned items are the one that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.
In returning items to us, C.O.D. on shipments will not be accepted.
